Position: Product Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (or related designation) with expertise in the automotive retail domain. Candidates with manufacturing-only backgrounds will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and a proven ability to drive transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Conduct in-depth analysis of leading dealership software platforms (DMS).
Benchmark platform features, workflows, integrations, and user experience.
Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
Propose transformation initiatives with clear business cases—quantifying revenue uplift, cost savings, or efficiency gains.
Develop future-state process maps, solution concepts, and ROI models.
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to shape product roadmaps.
Support client presentations, product demos, and feedback sessions.
Define KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives.
Monitor post-implementation impact and refine strategies continuously.
Experience in SaaS, automotive retail, or enterprise software.
Strong familiarity with dealership software platforms (CDK, Cox Automotive, Reynolds & Reynolds).
Proven record of delivering business transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
