About the Role:
Navitas Healthcare invites seasoned nursing executives with prior CNO experience to apply for our Executive Director of Nursing position. This role offers the opportunity to lead and advance nursing practice in a high-volume, complex hospital setting.

Duties:

Provide leadership for nursing strategy, clinical standards, and service delivery.
Align nursing priorities with the organization’s mission and goals.
Oversee nursing budgets and operational efficiency.
Partner with executive leadership, medical staff, and stakeholders to elevate patient outcomes.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement within nursing services.
Mentor and guide nursing leaders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
Current NY RN license.
Proven track record as a Chief Nursing Officer in acute care.
At least 6 years of healthcare executive experience in complex systems.
Skilled in union negotiations and leading change initiatives.
