Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist – Outpatient for an exciting job in Cave Junction, OR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment plans for patients in a typical outpatient setting
• Manage a daily patient load of 12–14 patients, including double-booked follow-up visits
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinic staff to meet patient care and productivity goals

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Oregon
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
