Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Physical Therapist  for an exciting job in Cumming, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment plans for patients with general orthopedic conditions
• Manage a daily patient load of 12–14 patients, including follow-up visits
• Track and document patient progress accurately
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Georgia
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
