Job Title: Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11206
Durtion/Hours: 3 Months, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
Provide patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, monitoring patients recovering from anesthesia.
Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs, consciousness levels, and recovery progress.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare staff to ensure safe patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience.
Minimum 2 years of IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience.
Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program.
Registered Nurse (RN) License in New York State.
Primary Source Verification of license via NYS Department of Education (NYSED).
AHA BLS Certification.
