Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Direct Care Provider 
Location: Missouri (healthcare centers) 
Duration: CONTRACT 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver direct patient care under supervision of RNs/physicians. 

• Monitor and record patient vitals, administer meds, and provide wound care. 

• Support patients with daily care needs. 

• Maintain timely EMR documentation. 

• Promote teamwork and effective patient care delivery. 

Qualifications 

• Current LPN license in Missouri. 

• 1 year of LPN experience preferred; new grads considered. 

• BLS/CPR certification. 

• Organized, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
