Type: 11 months Contract
Shift: 06:45 AM End Time: 03:15 PM
Payrate : $40 - $45hrs/w2

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Surgical Technologist for an exciting job in Sugar Land, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.
• Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and passing instruments during procedures.
• Serve as a scrub assistant across multiple specialties, including general, vascular, orthopedic, neurosurgical, and robotic surgeries.
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards.
• Provide intraoperative support and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
• Mentor and support less experienced surgical staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program – required.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification – required.
• BLS certification – required.
• 1–2 years of operating room experience across multiple specialties – preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
