Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Shift: 3x12s (Days & Nights)
Compensation: $2,048 Weekly Gross
Job Summary: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Traveller OR RN for an exciting Travel and/or Local job in Fort Myers, FL (ZIP: 33912).
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties, including:
Orthopedics
Neuro
Trauma
Vascular
Bariatrics
Oncology
Robotics
Ensure patient safety and collaborate effectively with surgical teams.
Use Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination.
Participate in call rotation: 1 shift per week after a scheduled day (2–4 hours) and 1–2 weekend shifts per month (12 hours each).
Float as needed — travelers are first to float and may be assigned to other sister campuses.
Function as part of the core team, integrating into unit culture and supporting daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience.
Prior travel nursing experience required.
Active Florida RN license or compact license (must be active at submission).
ASN required; Degree accreditation must be documented OR 5+ years of OR experience required.
BLS (AHA) required.
ACLS and PALS preferred.
Robotic and ortho/neuro experience required.
Additional Details:
Hospital provides scrubs.
All schedule requests and RTO must be submitted at time of application; changes will not be approved later.
