• Develop prospecting skills and learn to manage a book of business.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required; just motivation and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with phone outreach and networking.
• Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred.
