Local: $1,387.50 per week
Travel: $1,450 per week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to provide high-quality nursing care in a professional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Document patient care and update health records in PCC
Assist patients with daily living activities as needed
Monitor and report changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN license in the state of New York
Prior experience in a clinical or long-term care setting preferred
Proficiency with PCC charting required
Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
