Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Rate:

• Local Rate: $1,188/week
• Travel Rate: $1,321/week

Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Santa Fe, NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Accurately and promptly document patient information.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to supervising staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment in line with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
