Position Title: Business Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Application Services team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. This role involves process re-engineering, requirements gathering, testing, and supporting multiple applications through upgrades, enhancements, and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement process re-engineering, develop business requirements, use cases, and test scripts using industry-accepted practices.
Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Collaborate with programmers to understand user needs and adapt user procedures to final program design.
Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to ensure business requirements are met.
Provide second and third-level support for production incidents, coordinating troubleshooting with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage and close reported issues across multiple applications.
Support multiple projects and internal initiatives, including upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.
Utilize enterprise and department-specific software tools to complete assignments effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong general technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in process re-engineering, developing business requirements, use cases, and test scripts.
Solid understanding of IT concepts and SDLC methodologies.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with enterprise CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, etc.) is highly desirable.
