Job Title: RN - Nursing Home Administrator

Duration: 6 month contract (Extendable)

Work Location:- Flagstaff, AZ

Shift timing:- 08:00 am – 05:00 pm

Requirement:  AZ RN license, and BLS

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and financial oversight for all operational areas of the facility
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures
• Participate in development and implementation of facility goals, objectives, policies, programs, and projects
• Promote and enforce quality standards to achieve regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction
• Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of resident care and safety
• Lead staff in continuous improvement efforts through AMS problem-solving techniques
• Maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and respect across departments

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Long-Term Care setting, including experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or Facility Administrator
• Current license to practice as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the State of Arizona
• High school diploma required (higher education preferred, dependent on experience)

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required; must be able to drive for state business
