Schedule: Evening shifts | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours guaranteed per week
Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care team. CNAs will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and mobility support.
Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting changes to nursing staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident areas.
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Follow infection control and confidentiality guidelines in accordance with facility policies.
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in North Dakota or compact state.
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work evening shifts reliably.
