Role: Workday Architect
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)
Certification: Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory)
We are seeking an experienced Workday Architect to support ongoing global HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of working independently, making strong design decisions, and taking ownership of deliverables. This role will involve providing architectural guidance during critical implementation phases and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
Provide architectural leadership and guidance for Workday HCM.
Drive design decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while working independently.
Take over knowledge transfer (KT) from the current architect during transition.
Support two major implementation phases:
Canada Phase: Go-live scheduled in the next two months.
USA Phase: Larger rollout planned for Q1 next year.
Workday HCM Certification (mandatory).
Proven experience as a Workday Architect.
Strong ability to lead, influence, and make independent decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
