Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Schedule: 5 days/week – 32-hour guarantee

Up to $1,120 weekly
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and provide high-quality therapeutic support to patients. This role involves working closely with licensed occupational therapists to implement treatment plans, track patient progress, and help individuals improve their daily living and work-related skills.
Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Gather, assess, and document patient information, including medical history.
Assist in implementing treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic activities.
Instruct patients and their families in therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Monitor and encourage patient progress during therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient treatment records.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area; order supplies as needed.
Participate in meetings to review patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
