Job Title: Physical Therapist – Acute & Inpatient Rehab 
Location: Woodsville, NH 
Type: Contract 

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation and acute care units. The goal: restore functional independence and optimize recovery. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform functional mobility assessments. 

• Create therapy plans tailored to patient needs. 

• Provide gait training, balance exercises, and strength conditioning. 

• Train patients and caregivers in safe movement techniques. 

• Document therapy sessions and progress accurately. 

Qualifications: 

• Licensed PT in New Hampshire. 

• Knowledge of rehab equipment and techniques. 

• Strong motivational and patient engagement skills.
