Responsibilities: 

• Prepare surgical supplies and sterile fields. 

• Work alongside nurses and surgeons to facilitate safe procedures. 

• Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies during surgeries. 

• Ensure accurate surgical counts and proper disposal of sharps. 

• Provide post-operative room turnover and equipment care. 

Requirements: 

• CST certification required. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability.
