Responsibilities:

Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for scheduled cases.

Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during operations.

Ensure all surgical items are accounted for before and after procedures.

Assist in cleaning and preparing the OR between cases.

Follow all infection control and safety protocols.

Requirements:

CST credential from an accredited program.

Experience in general, orthopedic, or specialty surgery a plus.

Strong teamwork skills.
