Job Title: Medical Assistant (MA)
Location: Liberty Lake, WA
Job Type: Contract (16 Weeks)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20 – $24/hour

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Liberty Lake. This role requires both front and back-office support, including patient interaction, administrative tasks, and hands-on clinical procedures. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and administer vaccines
• Conduct POC testing and EKGs
• Support patient scheduling and phone communication
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Provide additional clinical support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
• Medical Assistant Certification (preferred)
• Phlebotomy and EMR experience required
• Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
• BLS or CPR certification required
• Proficiency in front/back-office procedures, rooming patients, and multitasking
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Passion for health education and patient outreach
