Certified Medical Assistant - MAUTVG

Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant 
Location: Provo, UT  
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks 

Position Summary: 
Join a dynamic clinical team where you’ll play an integral role in patient care and operational support. This is a dual-role position covering both front and back-office tasks including rooming, phlebotomy, EHR work, and more. 

Responsibilities: 

• Welcome and prepare patients for exams 

• Take vitals, administer vaccines, and perform phlebotomy 

• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications 

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation 

• Assist with clinical procedures and collaborate with staff 

Qualifications: 

• At least 1 year of experience as an MA (excluding externship) 

• National certification is preferred 

• Familiarity with occupational health environments 

• Proven ability with EMRs, blood draws, and multitasking 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 

Key Skills: 

• Clinical and administrative MA functions 

• CPR or BLS certification 

• EKG and lab testing experience 

• EMR and patient scheduling proficiency 

• Strong interpersonal and tech abilities
