Position Overview:
A leading healthcare facility in Cooperstown, NY is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering radiation treatments using advanced oncology systems and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologists.
Operate and maintain complex radiation therapy equipment.
Accurately document treatment data using the ARIA Oncology Information System.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience:

Proficient in operating Varian Radiation Equipment, including TrueBeam and 23ix linear accelerators.
Experienced with ARIA Oncology Information System.
Preferred: Knowledge of VisionRT (Surface Guided Radiation Therapy - SGRT).
Familiarity with Bravos HDR Varian System and Philips CT Simulator (CT Sim) is a plus.
