Position Overview:
A leading healthcare facility in Cooperstown, NY is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and a strong command of advanced imaging technology. This position requires proficiency with Philips X-ray equipment, Xper monitoring systems, and Epic EMR to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Operate imaging and monitoring equipment with precision and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff in a high-acuity environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using Epic software
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Cath Lab setting
• Proficiency with Philips imaging systems and Xper monitoring
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
