Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (OR Tech) to join a dynamic Operating Room team in Cooperstown, NY. This position plays a critical role in supporting surgical procedures by working closely with surgeons, RNs, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrub for a variety of cardiovascular and other surgical procedures.
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, medications, and sterile equipment.
Handle surgical specimens, instrument trays, and operative media efficiently and safely.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and procedural flow.
Adhere to infection control and operating room protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR or Operating Room experience.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques, instrumentation, and OR workflows.
Ability to respond effectively in a high-stress surgical environment.
