• Shift Type: 1st Shift | 12-hour shifts

Job Description:

A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Ultrasound Technologist (RVT Certified) with strong general and vascular ultrasound skills. The ideal candidate will support diagnostic and interventional ultrasound procedures across multiple locations and must be comfortable floating as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal (AB) and rule-out studies such as DVT and ectopic pregnancy

• Support additional procedures as required, including:

  • Limited vascular, OB/GYN, neonatal head, breast, and prostate studies

  • Invasive ultrasound-guided procedures, including thyroid and liver biopsies and drainages

• Operate a variety of ultrasound equipment including Siemens, Philips, and other US units

• Float between assigned locations as scheduled (Gastonia, NC)

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 2+ years in ultrasound

• Certifications:

  • ARDMS Registered

  • RVT Credential Required

  • Additional credential in AB or OB/GYN required

• Proficiency in:

  • General abdominal

  • OB/GYN and vascular scanning

  • Emergency and interventional procedures

  • Multiple machine platforms (Siemens, Philips, etc.)
