Role Summary:
Seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) who thrives in high-pressure OR settings. You’ll support the surgical team in procedures requiring precision, speed, and compliance with sterile protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Prep OR rooms with required instruments
• Sterilize and arrange surgical equipment
• Support procedures by passing instruments
• Conduct instrument counts and maintain safety protocols

Qualifications:

• CST from NBSTSA/NCCT
• Surgical Tech diploma/certification
• Minimum 1 year in an OR setting
• Strong multitasking and collaboration
