Job Description:
A state agency is seeking a Healthcare Systems Analyst to support MES Modernization projects. The role focuses on requirement gathering, technical documentation, and ensuring alignment between IT development and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document system requirements from business units.
Support system configuration and testing phases.
Communicate technical needs to developers and vendors.
Facilitate solution validation and user acceptance testing.
Maintain clear project documentation and updates.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, preferably Medicaid systems.
Strong understanding of EDI, data structures, and MITA principles.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
