Job Title: SAP Change Management Consultant
Location: Columbia, SC
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $85–$90 per hour

Candidate must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident. No relocation allowed.

Project Overview:

Seeking an SAP Change Management Consultant to support the implementation and improvement of enterprise SAP solutions within a state government environment. This role will help establish structured change management processes, documentation, and training to facilitate seamless transitions and system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document change management processes for SAP implementations.
• Implement change management tools, including SAP Solution Manager.
• Train internal teams on best practices in change management methodologies.
• Monitor, assess, and refine change strategies based on project feedback.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment on project changes.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Expertise in IT change management processes and tools.
• Exceptional documentation and training development skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification(s).
• Experience in public sector SAP implementations.
• Understanding of ITIL framework.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
