Job Title: SAP Solution Manager Consultant
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $85 - $90/hour

Candidate must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident. No relocation allowed.

Project Overview:
Seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP Solution Manager functionalities. The role focuses on leveraging Solution Manager for change control, incident management, system monitoring, and technical documentation to enhance SAP system performance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize SAP Solution Manager components, including Change Request Management (ChaRM), ITSM, and Monitoring.
• Develop strategies to streamline change management and incident resolution using Solution Manager tools.
• Provide technical guidance for SAP technical upgrades and patch management using Solution Manager functionalities.
• Document processes and provide Solution Manager training to technical teams.
• Monitor SAP system health and performance using Solution Manager’s monitoring capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager configuration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with ChaRM, ITSM, and system monitoring tools.
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP ECC, SRM, and BW systems.
• Excellent documentation and training skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP public sector environment experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Windows Server environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
