Job Title: Emergency Room RN – Trauma Focused

Pay Rate: $63 - $65 per hour 

Role Summary:
Looking for a trauma-capable Emergency Room Nurse to join a high-volume ER team. This nurse will play a key role in managing trauma activations, medical emergencies, and complex patient care scenarios.

Primary Duties:

• Manage trauma cases from arrival through stabilization.
• Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons and emergency physicians.
• Provide conscious sedation and manage airway support as needed.
• Initiate and manage IV therapy, wound care, and cardiac monitoring.
• Act as a preceptor for new ER staff.
• Participate in trauma drills and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Active MA RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required; TNCC mandatory.
• PALS and ENPC certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of ER or trauma center nursing experience.
• Proficiency in emergency protocols and crisis management.
