We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused individual to assist with food preparation and logistics during training events, meetings, and foodservice demonstrations. This hands-on role supports kitchen operations and logistics while ensuring a clean, compliant, and well-maintained environment for food-related events.
The position is 100% onsite and requires the ability to lift 25–30 lbs comfortably, maintain strong attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Assist chefs with basic food prep for training events and customer meetings
Set up and clean kitchen and dining/training areas
Ensure kitchen is sanitized and stocked after each event
Dispose of or donate leftover food and supplies as appropriate
Reset training areas to their original state post-event
Provide exceptional customer service during on-site functions
Print, prepare, and ship training materials and products as directed
Manage inventory of foodservice equipment, supplies, and training materials
Perform basic computer tasks: inventory control, roster management, distribution lists, and data entry
Support shipping and coordination for major food shows and photo shoots
Stock and maintain office supplies (2nd floor, Tower 2) as assigned
Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs regularly
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using basic computer programs for inventory and communication
Able to work independently and collaboratively with training teams and chefs
Food safety awareness and cleanliness are essential
Must have a service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
