Week 2: Friday–Sunday
Hours: 4:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28 – $30/hour (W2)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paramedic to join a professional emergency response team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, compassionate, and efficient care in both emergency and non-emergency settings. This role requires critical thinking, adaptability, and strong patient care skills in high-pressure situations.
Assess patient condition and determine appropriate medical care based on clinical guidelines
Administer emergency medical care, including CPR, oxygen administration, and other life-saving interventions
Transport patients safely and efficiently, ensuring continuous monitoring and support en route
Operate emergency vehicles safely and in compliance with state laws and organizational policies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interactions
Ensure equipment and supplies are clean, functional, and ready for use at all times
Maintain professionalism, respect patient confidentiality, and uphold patients’ rights
Coordinate care with hospital staff, dispatch, and fellow emergency personnel
Adhere to safety protocols and facility procedures
Certified as a Paramedic by the Texas Department of Health
BTLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (if required to operate emergency vehicles)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage physically demanding tasks and remain calm under pressure
Prior experience in emergency response or medical transport preferred
