Location: Various NJ Locations
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week
Position Summary:
We are looking for a certified MRI Technologist to perform high-quality imaging services across multiple facilities. You’ll work closely with physicians and radiology teams to ensure safe and efficient patient diagnostics. Candidates should be confident in performing both Cardiac and Breast MRI scans.
Primary Duties:
Conduct MRI procedures as ordered, maintaining compliance with safety and departmental protocols.
Schedule and manage imaging workflows efficiently throughout the shift.
Process imaging results swiftly for review and diagnosis.
Maintain logs, incident records, and patient notes.
Collaborate with radiologists to fine-tune protocol settings for optimal clarity.
Administer contrast safely and prepare patients for procedures.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and report service needs.
Provide excellent care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
Train new technologists and float to support shifts as required.
Maintain accurate records for billing and exam documentation.
Requirements:
High school diploma and completion of a Radiologic Technology program.
Valid NJ MRI License and ARRT certification in MRI.
1+ year of experience required; strong preference for 5–8 years.
Must be proficient in advanced MRI scans, especially cardiac and breast.
Strong organizational and patient service skills.
Additional Notes:
No weekend, holiday, or on-call commitments. May float to similar locations when needed.
