Duration: 4 Months
Location: Rahway, NJ 07065 (Fully Remote Preferred – East Coast Candidates Preferred)

Rate: From $43.00/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support an IT integration project within the pharmaceutical manufacturing space. This role will focus on the creation and delivery of training resources related to new systems and processes introduced by a large-scale integration initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learning content to support new IT systems.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose effective learning solutions.

  • Transform complex technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible training materials.

  • Apply instructional design best practices to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.

  • Simultaneously manage multiple training projects and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

  • Continuously refine learning content and delivery strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.

Required Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience designing e-learnings, videos, and ILT content within Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT.

  • Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, including needs assessment and content development.

  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Strong design skills for creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and e-learnings.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to simplify complex information for a diverse audience of learners.
