Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Flagstaff, AZ 86004
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Type: Contract
Payrate: $26 - $29 /hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
Take and record vital signs, weight, and input/output accurately.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions.
Provide safe and supportive care to elderly and veteran residents.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the resident care areas.
Follow all facility protocols, infection control policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification in the state of Arizona.
CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
