Job Title: SAP Developer / Global Support Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior-level SAP Developer / Global Support Manager to lead Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) initiatives for a government agency undergoing a major IT transformation. This role will serve as the technical liaison between IT leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the success of infrastructure re-platforming and modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Infrastructure and Operations Technical Lead, working closely with the CIO and executive stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for IT infrastructure and operations.

  • Guide and support platforming solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Lead efforts in capacity and availability management, ensuring service continuity.

  • Provide expertise in Complex Applications Delivery and ensure infrastructure supports application requirements.

  • Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for the I&O team.

  • Collaborate across leadership, business units, and technical teams to support:

    • Incident Management

    • Change Management

    • Problem Management

    • Service Level Management

    • Configuration & Asset Management

    • Service Catalog & Continuity Management

Required Skills:

  • 20+ years in IT infrastructure and operations, including project coordination and implementation.

  • 15+ years in re-platforming and strategic IT oversight.

  • 15+ years managing large, multi-tenant environments and cloud services.

  • 15+ years in vendor management.

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational maturity improvement across multiple business verticals.

  • Proven track record in improving service delivery processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks like MARS-E 2.0, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and similar.

  • Experience with MS SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Project Web App.

  • Background in Network Design and System Architecture.

  • Deep experience in Service Delivery and Information Security.

  • Change Management expertise.
