Job Type: Contract (40 Hours Guaranteed)
Shifts: Variable Days & Evenings (8, 12, or 16-hour shifts)
Facility: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Pay Rate: $35 – $37 per hour
Overview:
We are currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality nursing care in a long-term care facility. This contract position offers guaranteed hours and flexible shifts to accommodate both day and evening schedules.
Requirements:
Active LPN license in Minnesota
Experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings
Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident health and report changes to nursing supervisors
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure excellent resident care
