Position Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Variable Shifts
Location: Sauk City, WI 53583
Pay Rate: $750 – $900 weekly
Schedule: Variable shifts (including days, evenings, and nights)
Shift Length: 8 hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and continence care
Support nursing staff by taking vital signs, assisting with treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation
Promote resident safety, comfort, and engagement through routine interaction and proactive care
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Participate in care plan discussions, shift reports, and team collaboration
Active CNA certification listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
Compassionate and patient-centered with excellent communication skills
Dependable with a strong sense of teamwork
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
