Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Hettinger, ND 58639
Shift: Variable (Days and Evenings)
Shift Length: 8- and 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay Rate: $28/hour | $1,050 weekly
Assist residents with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
Support mobility needs including transfers, positioning, and ambulation
Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident observations
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to deliver care plans
Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Build respectful relationships with residents and their families
Active CNA certification in the state of North Dakota (required)
Experience in long-term care preferred; open to dedicated new CNAs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, team-focused, and compassionate approach to resident care
Willingness to work variable shifts, including both days and evenings
