We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Security Architect to join a hybrid team responsible for designing and securing large-scale cloud-based application and infrastructure solutions. This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise in cloud security across AWS and Azure environments, as well as strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Application Owners, and Security Operations.
Candidates must be skilled in cloud security design and automation, compliance, and implementation of scalable and resilient solutions. The ability to clearly interpret customer requirements into secure, reliable architectures is essential.
Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud infrastructures and applications with a focus on AWS and Azure
Develop automation and cloud security accelerators to enhance delivery speed and reliability
Collaborate with Security Operations teams to build and maintain SIEM, SOAR, and XDR capabilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments
Ensure alignment with major security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc.)
Implement zero trust architecture principles in cloud environments
Participate in customer engagements, including occasional travel
Provide clear documentation for security tools, configurations, and incident handling procedures
5–10 years of experience in Information Security and Engineering
Proven expertise designing and managing infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Strong background in cloud security operations, design, and automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong documentation capabilities for deployments, incidents, and configurations
Experience with deployment and maintenance of Palo Alto VM-Series Firewalls in AWS and Azure
Familiarity with:
Prisma Cloud
Forescout
Cisco Umbrella
F5 Load Balancers and Firewalls
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Active AWS or Azure certification
Preferred:
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect)
AWS Certified Cloud Solutions Architect
Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE), PCNSA, PCNSE
