Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Location: Higginsville, MO
Shifts: Day and Night Shifts Available

Pay rate: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe and monitor residents’ health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Encourage and support residents’ independence through personalized and compassionate care.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of residents’ living areas.
• Follow established care protocols and adhere strictly to safety procedures.
• Accurately document all care provided using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the Missouri state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience preferred; however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with residents.
