Job Title: Claims Senior Specialist
Location: Springdale, AR 72762 (100% On-Site)
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $18/hour (W2)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Claims Senior Specialist to manage and resolve product-related claims including overages, shortages, damages, and delivery refusals. This position plays a key role in minimizing operational costs and ensuring the efficiency of logistics operations, especially within a high-volume environment processing over $100 million annually.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with drivers via a call center environment and working closely with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate product disposition decisions. Your ability to maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update various transportation and financial systems will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage OS&D claims by communicating with carriers and internal departments.

  • Engage in high-volume call center interactions with drivers for real-time issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with Transportation Operations, FSQA, Plant Ops, Shipping, Customer Service, Warehousing, Product Movement, Deductions, and Sustainability teams.

  • Maintain and update worklists using High Radius; conduct daily audits for reporting in Power BI.

  • Validate and process donation receipts and ensure timely submission to Deductions and Sustainability teams.

  • Ensure accurate accessorial payments and meet contractual carrier payment expectations.

  • Secure Proof of Delivery (POD) for each case and validate against associated claims.

  • Monitor and manage logistics claims through SAP TM, TES, DB2, and other relevant platforms.

  • Ensure data accuracy that supports key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics scorecards.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • BA degree or currently pursuing one is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of office clerical experience required (3 years preferred).

  • Experience in logistics, particularly in OS&D claims or customer service, is highly valuable.

  • Familiarity with data collection, reporting, and analysis preferred.

Skills:

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Professional and clear phone communication with drivers and stakeholders.

  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Technical:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Experience with High Radius, Power BI, SAP TM, TES, DB2 Sessions.

  • Familiarity with call center systems such as Five9 is preferred.
