Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Night Shifts
Location: Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center – Bennington, VT
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift Schedule: Variable Night Shifts, 8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $23/hr. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance using proper techniques and equipment.
• Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Support emotional and social needs of residents during nighttime hours.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Vermont or compact eligibility.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Ability to work variable night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and compassionate attitude.
