Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Ellendale, ND
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift Schedule: Variable Shifts, 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: Weekly : $1260 Weekly
Contract Type: Travel/Contract (36 Hours/Week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Document care accurately and timely in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident care.
• Maintain infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of North Dakota or compact license.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Ability to work flexible, variable 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
