Pay Rate:

• Local Pay: $1200/Weekly
• Travel Pay: $1,345/Weekly

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Details:
12-hour shifts
3 shifts per week (3x12)
Variable scheduling (including both day and night shifts) 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing team in La Crescent, MN. This role offers the opportunity to deliver hands-on nursing care in a long-term care setting with a supportive staff and comprehensive orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents under RN and physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report any changes
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
• Support CNAs and ensure care plans are followed appropriately
• Uphold resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Willingness to work variable shifts (day and night)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
