Job Title: Senior Data Business Analyst – Cloud Platform Focus

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a cloud-based public health data platform. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution across tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Informatica, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document functional and technical requirements for cloud data platforms
• Translate business goals into technical specifications
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through the project lifecycle
• Support implementation reviews and provide subject matter expertise
• Deliver documentation and presentations for both technical and business audiences
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation
• Support reporting through Tableau and train business users on data assets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
• Proficient in SQL and business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce, AWS services, and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus
