Position Summary: We are looking for a Technology Program Director to lead strategic, high-impact IT initiatives for a public sector-aligned organization. The role is situated within the Program Management Office and involves directing the execution of projects that support digital transformation, compliance, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Drive execution of complex, interrelated IT programs.
Define overall strategy, milestones, and interdependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business and technical alignment.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple teams.
Proactively resolve program-level risks and conflicts.
Deliver reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of relevant experience in IT program management.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Proficient in Agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies.
Strong leadership, financial, and communication capabilities.
Public sector or compliance-driven industry experience is a plus.
