Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based assignment for the 2025–2026 academic year. This position focuses on supporting students with behavioral needs in a structured K–12 environment. The ideal candidate will provide behavior assessments, develop individualized plans, and train staff on implementation.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide one-on-one and group-based behavioral support
Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and parents
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Train school personnel in behavior intervention strategies and crisis prevention techniques
Active BCBA certification
Valid California license (must be in hand at time of application)
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification (required)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
