Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services in an inpatient setting. The role involves working with a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, and function

• Document all patient care activities in Meditech system

• Ensure safety and injury prevention during sessions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning and ongoing care

Requirements:

• Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (new grads not accepted)

• Experience with lifting, transfers, evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning

• Must be comfortable working across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
