Seeking an experienced Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer to join a high-volume cardiac imaging team. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' experience in echocardiography, capable of handling a fast-paced environment scanning both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Minimum Experience: 3 years in Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonography
Certifications Required: BLS and RDCS (Adult)
Preferred Certifications: RDCS – Pediatric
First-Time Travelers Accepted: No
Weekend Requirement: As needed per department
On-Call Requirement: Occasional call may be required
Floating: Yes, within scope. No floating to sister facilities
Licensure: Pending license accepted
RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
Guaranteed Hours: Up to 3 shift cancellations allowed per assignment without penalty. On-call hours do not apply to guaranteed hours.
Department Volume: 75–100 echo scans per day (combined inpatient/outpatient)
Shift Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Setting: Inpatient and Emergency Room required
Preferred Work Settings: Outpatient, teaching hospital, NICU, PICU, neonate
General Skills: Portables and Syngo required; IV starts, PACS, and biopsies preferred
